My unique lesson plans will ensure that, the children I teach, will meet the requirements of the local school curriculum as a basis of further learning.

I believe that children, in particular, learn more efficiently, if they are enjoying themselves. Therefore, I incorporate music, games and drawing Into my lessons. research has also shown that kinetic learning can be highly beneficial. Therefore activities involving movement are a great way of solidifying information into students memories.

I believe that, although the majority of lessons will take place in the classroom, some lessons can be beneficial to be taught in the real world. Therefore, I organise trips out to local parks and incorporate English within these activities to help students remember what they have learnt. I also organise cookery-based lessons in English with the same aims.

I believe it is important for children to take part in their local community and therefore, will incorporate local festivals within the curriculum. Alongside this, we will undertake traditional activities associated with British and European festivals.

 

In creating my unique curriculum, I insure that all material used is of the highest quality. Course books used are approved by British teachers and English language teaching associations and educational games which have been tested and improved by teachers.
